Majestic Homes Supported Living was built on one belief — that every person, regardless of their past or present challenges, deserves a safe, nurturing place where they can rebuild, grow and succeed.

“Every individual, regardless of their past or present challenges, deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported to build a meaningful and positive future.”
Majestic Homes Supported Living was founded on a simple but powerful belief. Founded by Andrei Bosancu, the organisation is rooted in strong family values, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility towards others.
Through both personal and professional experiences, it became clear that many vulnerable adults and young adults (aged 18+) requiring person-centred and trauma-informed support — particularly those with complex and high-level needs — were often placed in environments that did not fully support their emotional wellbeing, independence, or long-term development. Too often, care was focused on managing risk rather than truly understanding the individual.
Majestic Homes Supported Living was created to change that. Our mission is to bridge the gap between care and opportunity — providing safe, therapeutic environments where people can rebuild, grow, and succeed. We promote independence and empowerment whilst ensuring individuals feel understood, respected, and fully integrated within their community.
Our Care Philosophy
We do not see care as simply meeting immediate needs. We see it as creating the foundations for confidence, independence and long-term success — for every person we support. Through trauma-informed practice and a commitment to community integration, we help individuals rebuild their lives, form meaningful relationships, and develop a true sense of belonging.
Majestic Homes Supported Living is established with a clear vision: to create high-quality supported living environments for young adults and adults with complex needs.
Developing a robust, trauma-informed framework and person-centred models of support that prioritise emotional wellbeing, independence, and long-term development.
Launching our first self-contained, community-integrated supported living homes — moving beyond traditional care models to offer genuine stability and opportunity.
Working towards full registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to cement our commitment to the highest national standards of care, safety, and governance.
Scaling our model across London and surrounding communities, ensuring that more individuals have access to nurturing, structured, and truly supportive environments.
Our vision and mission aren't aspirational slogans — they are the principles that guide every decision, every plan and every interaction we have.
To transform lives through compassionate, high-quality care that supports young adults aged 18+ and adults with complex care needs to build confidence, independence and a brighter future.
To create safe, nurturing and supportive environments where vulnerable young adults and adults receive trauma-informed, person-centred care, feel valued and protected, and are empowered to build resilience, overcome adversity and reach their full potential.
Our model of care is built to meet and exceed every CQC inspection framework standard.
We communicate openly, truthfully and respectfully.
We act professionally and do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
We work closely with people, families, professionals, commissioners and community services.
We lead with compassion, patience and empathy.
We recognise every person as unique, with their own strengths, culture, identity and aspirations.
We remain committed to high-quality care, continuous improvement and positive outcomes.
We lead with empathy, patience and understanding in every interaction — with individuals, families and partners alike.
We create secure environments where people feel safe and protected from avoidable harm, at all times.
We treat every person as an individual and uphold their rights, privacy and choices — without exception.
We strive for high standards in care, governance, staffing and service delivery — continuously improving.
We recognise that healing, confidence and independence take time — and we walk alongside each person at their own pace.
We maintain transparency, honesty and accountability in everything we do — because trust is the foundation of good care.
